Technical features
The TekPro filter elements are produced with the proprietary coaxial sintering technology. A wide range of geometries can be obtained through this process of sintering / pressuring.
The pore size can vary from 0.1microns to 200microns. The sintering transforms the elements in components dimensionally stable and self-supporting. The pores are stable in terms of size and position.
A special production technique allows the union of the solid parts with those porous to obtain elements without welding.
The chemical resistance and thermal stability, the chemical characteristics and thermal properties of the metals of sintering are the same as those of the solid products used:
- Stainless steels 1.4404 (AISI 316 L/B)
- 1.4539 Monel of titanium
- Inconel
- Hastelloy 600/625 C 22, di C 276 e di X
The main applications include filtration in chemical processes like recovery of catalysts or the filtration of chemically aggressive liquids, flame arrestors on gas valves, the dispersion of gases in liquids and food like wine or beer, the filtration of gases at high temperatures, the filtration of polymers.
